This year's The Fall Line Review will be hot off the presses on Thursday, and we need to celebrate!  The Fall Line Review Release Party will be in the lobby of the College of Arts and Sciences Building on Thursday at 3:30 pm.  There will be awesome food, free copies of the magazine, and wonderful readings by the contributors.  Come and bring your friends and family.  This event is open to the public.

Also, the 2017 Undergraduate Conference kicks off on Thursday afternoon, first in Cochran, and then in Macon on Friday.  In particular, we want to point out the creative writing panels: Our Fiction panel will feature work from Rachel Hastings, Ryan Fordham, and Leslie Law (Friday, 10:15-11:30 in COAS 118); our Creative Nonfiction panel will feature the work of Jason Cormier (Fall Line Review staff), Celeste Pollard, Karolina Philmon, and Michaela Latimer (Friday, 12:45-2 pm.), and our Poetry Panel will feature work from Mea Andrews (Fall Line Review editor), Rachel Maddox (Fall Line Review staff), and Sean McGraw (Saturday, 11-12:15 in COAS 120).

Bonus: Students in any of Dr. Whiddon's classes will receive a 100 in participation for every panel attended.  The student must both attend the event (beginning to end) and turn in a summary of the event to Dr. Whiddon.
